It’s time to step it up a notch this year and take action like I’ve been mentioning in recent vlogs.
I came across this cool new group exercise routine on Shark Tank last night called BollyX which is a Bollywood dance fitness workout.
BollyX is inspired by the energetic rhythms of Bollywood, the film industry of India. At first I saw it and thought, “Oh that looks pretty cool”.
But then, I started watching more videos and figured it’d be a ton of fun to become a certified instructor and actually teach this workout.
The plan would be to open up classes at a local studio and lead around 8-10 people in this super fun, energetic dance that will help people lose weight and get in great shape.
