A Typical Four Hour Body Breakfast
4-hour body diet breakfast contains protein, veggies, beans, and raw homemade sauerkraut.
I have been on Tim Ferris's 4-hour body diet for over a year. One thing he strongly emphasizes is a big healthy filling breakfast.
Heat a skillet add oil. I like to use avocado oil as it is very healthy and has a high smoke point
Add sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and chopped celery.
Chopped broccoli and Cauliflower
Appx 2/3 cup of mixed beans.
About 1/2 cup of ground pork.
Cook through. Season as desired, be sure your seasonings do not contain sugar.
I like eggs with my breakfast.
I garnish with sliced tomato and add a tablespoon of MCT oil and Balsalmic vinegar over the sauerkraut.
It seems like a lot of food but it will give you lots of energy to get you through your morning to your next meal which is no sooner than 4 hours away. No snacking! Just water, black coffee or tea between meals.
