For my quick Saturday breakfast before heading to work I made this fresh tasting smoothie:
I mixed one banana, a few stems of celery, a passion fruit and half a papaya with some cashew milk. Because of the enzymes and their health benefits I didn't remove the papaya seeds - plus it made the preparation faster ... 😉
I was eager to see how this would taste and it was surprisingly good. The celery fit in perfectly.
This was the rest of the breakfast: I simply prepared some whole meal bread with a vegetable spread, a plantbased cream cheese and some vegetable toppings and crisp bread with a dairy free hazelnut-chocolate spread and fruits.
Pretty, hugh? 😁
