Ingredients :

skin:
350 mil milk (I use UHT milk)
150 grams of wheat flour
1 chicken egg, 1 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter (melted)
stuffing:
500 mil milk
100 grams of wheat flour
4 carrots uk
10 pieces of smoked beef
50 grams of cheddar cheese
to taste salt & pepper
1 tbsp butter for sautéing
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 onion
to taste panir flour
1 egg & leftover egg whites from shredded leather
Steps:
60 minutes
to make the skin mix all ingredients enter the flour and milk bit by bit in turn then add the eggs and butter that has been diluted
For stuffing saute garlic & bombay using butter
after fragrant insert carrots & smoked beef then add milk and flour ... enter piecemeal in turns so as not to clot
Season with salt & pepper ... until it explodes ... afterwards add the cheese
after all ripe the contents of the skin with the dough stuffing ... roll like make risol usually then dip in egg whisk & flour panir.
Fry risol until golden yellow and ready to serve .
