"Bacon and egg" cupcakes are an absolute favourite of mine for breakfast. It can be the perfect quick snack for you to enjoy.
Another aspect I love about this recipe is that it is super easy to make! Firstly, I cook the bacon for about 5 minutes then line a muffin tray with bacon, crack in an egg, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and put in the oven to bake for approx. 13 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.
