This fruit is spread in the cuisine of many countries of the world, can be used to prepare juices, creams, salads, sweets, jams, sauces, compotes, sponge cakes, meat, seafood, rice, fish, poultry and even sushi, as we will see Continuing sushi is not a dish that can only be prepared with fish.
For our mango sushi we will use ingredients such as:
- 400g of rice

Preparation:
