Le Cinq, located in the legendary Paris hotel George V, is a reference example of a classic French restaurant. Interior items of Louis 14 (the hotel itself could argue with some museums on the number of exhibits), made to order dishes, in harmony with the overall color scheme of the institution, and the tradition of offering a jacket to the visitor who came without it (tested on yourself).
The menu is designed for Peasants by Lesker (3 Michelin stars) in the best canons of traditional French cooking, and the cellar holds more than 50 000 bottles of wine.
By the way, it was there that wine was hidden from all over the country during the occupation of France.
Delightful and impeccable.
However, what else to expect from the institution, from the Windows of which you can see the Eiffel tower.
To 2014 kitchen led Eric Briffard, whose book Le Cinq is just a sample of the style. But, they say, I did not cope with the load.
