How to Prepare Brownies
Preheat oven to 180°c. Grease the rectangular cake mold with butter, then sprinkle a little flour while taking care to get rid of the extra flour from the mold. Whisk the butter with sugar in a deep bowl by the electric bat and at medium speed, until the cream is formed. Start by adding the eggs one after the other, then add the chocolate while continuing to whisk and stir until the ingredients are blended. Mix the flour, cocoa, and baking with vanilla, then start by gradually adding to the butter mixture, and then add the crushed almonds with constant stirring, until the ingredients are blended. Pour the mixture into the mold and the surface.
