Today I want to show you my yummi beer-cake.
I have made it for my dad´s 66 birthday.
His eyes was very big, when I give him the cake.
You need:
- 3 chocolate bars
- 6 Cream to serve
- thin pie floors
- shish kebab skewers (wood)
- powder for the cream (cream stiff)
- yellow fondant (or white fondant and yellow food color)
- a little bit of white fondant
- Whipped cream
- templet (you can also take a little plate or a big cup)
One day before you want to make the cake, you must melt chocolate with cream. Wait until it is chilled an put it into the fridge.
When the chocolate-cream was one night in the fridge, you must hit it. Put the cream stiff in the cream until you hit it.
Now, you take the templet and cut out some circles from the thin pie floors.
Than put one pie floor and make cream of it, than another pie floor and more cream,...use the shish kebab skewers to stability. I take 8 pie floors and at last, put some cream around the cake.
Now, you must roll out the fondant. When you have only white one, make it yellow bevor you roll out.
Cuts out a big rectangle.
Put the fondant around the cake.
Form a handle from the white fondant and put it on the cake.
Put the whipped cream on the top of the cake as froth.
And now, eat the beer :-) Cheers
