Ingredients
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 baking soda
Method
Preheat the oven and prepare your baking tin - 6 inch one, for this.
In a mixer, powder the sugar, add butter and blend. Then add the water, essence, salt, vinegar/juice and mix for a few seconds.
Add this to a bowl. Sieve the flour and baking soda and powder two times and add it to the wet mix and fold it till it is mixed without lumps.
Transfer to the cake tin and bake for thirty minutes at 180 degree celsius.
