Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats
A pinch of salt
Half a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon (β-caryophyllene)
Mango slices to taste (β-myrcene)
1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil
Freshly roasted nuts (peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
Organic honey from the mountains to taste
And the secret ingredient... Zamaldelica oil to taste
Preparation:
There is no real secret to it, with exception of the nuts, honey and cannabis oil / rso that get added to it after it's all ready, everything gets mixed together in the pan and cooked. The ratio of oats to water is 1:2 which should take about 15/20 minutes to cook to a thicker consistency. Sometimes I cook for longer for easier digestion. In this case just increase slightly the amount of water and/or reduce the flame. Constantly mix it, especially as it starts getting thicker to avoid having some getting stuck to the bottom of the pan. Ideally use a wooden spoon. The honey gets added in the end since I find it loses its sweetness if added while its cooking (plus all the goodness it loses when exposed to heat) while the nuts would lose their crunchiness. The pure marijuana oil gets added in the end because it's already decarboxylated and I fear an even further exposure to heat would make it too sedative. Some people might prefer it though.
It is worth mentioning each one of us is different and should know how to dose themselves properly, as well as watch out for possible allergies to any of the ingredients .
