Zeekr, the electric car brand owned by Geely, launches in China the 001 model with a new Qilin battery manufactured by the Chinese company CATL. The battery has a capacity of 140 kWh and allows you to achieve a range of Zeekr 001 up to 1032 km according to Chinese standards. This configuration costs 403,000 yuan (equivalent to around 53,000 euros) compared to 300,000 yuan (approx. 39,500 euros) for the 100 kWh version. It follows that such a battery is more expensive by 103,000 yuan (about 13,500 euros).
Zeekr also plans to sell its cars in the American and European markets. The Zeekr X will appear in northern EU countries this year. It can be expected that the 001 model will also appear over time.
