The other day I made Lamb Chops for dinner while adding some extra goodies. My niece had some, but she wasn't feeling too well so I ate the rest of her food.
The seasoning was pretty basic, all I did was use mostly salt and pepper. The lamb chops and the scallops were baked together, while the sweet peppers were fried on the stove. Honestly, the lamb chops were a little overcooked. It was the first time I had cooked them, so It was more of a learning experience for me. The scallops were also a little overcooked... I think next time I will either bake them for less time or maybe I will lower the temperature. The sweet peppers were cooked perfectly; They haven't roasted to hell and weren't raw on the plate. I kept a good eye on the peppers. The problem with the peppers is that I didn't add any peppers to them so they still had more of that pepper sweet flavor.
There were a lot of mistakes but the food wasn't inherently horrible. I just have to try again next time to get the flavors and juices I want.
