Over the past few months, we've changed the look of the front of the garden and instead started to focus a little more on producing a smaller food garden in the backyard.

There is a small garden plot where I threw in some lettuce seeds (which likely are not viable) and sweet corn seeds. The sweet corn seeds aren't growing as quickly, naturally, in an area that doesn't get a lot of sunlight; It will be difficult for them to succeed. Also, it's getting colder, so it likely won't survive the colder temperatures here in Florida. I planted them late only because the seeds were getting old already, and it was unlikely for them to be viable if I waited another few months.
We'll see what comes of this unintentional experiment, hopefully, we'll get at least maybe one ear of corn.
