Yes Summer just encourage you to let go the extra pounds, start eating healthy and the most importantly drink lots of water which mostly can replace the heavy meals...
So I am sending a challenge to all the Happy people on Steemit to let go some few pounds, stones or kilos this summer as individuals or maybe go for setting up a challenge and loose a whale kind of weight. What do you think of this idea?
I know whale looks perfectly okay with few tones, but humans being feel and do better when lighter and eating healthy :)

My tip is so simple eating mostly raw and organic vegetables and fruits.
