Hello , today is day 13 of my challenge.
The day started late for me , around 5 pm (OMG ) I just slept 3 hours more , but nothing can do .
Probably I have to be more disciplined , more ambitious and more motivated . I began to reduce my portions.Probably this will be the key next few weeks .
Today I trained my shoulders and trapeze and as I promised I will share with you my training. But first which are these muscles :
