Somewhat, itβs mostly 90% what you eat and 10% working out. I only workout 2 times a week for an hour = 8 hours a month and spend most my time inactive in front of a computer screens for 20+ years π
I think you have a point there about metabolism. However most people have metabolic damage by dieting all the time. That takes many months or even years to fix.
