A little while ago I was called to a slightly expensive shop.
少し前すすきのでもちょっとお高いお店にお呼ばれしました。
It was the first time that 1 sake sake was brought in this bamboo cylinder.
日本酒1合がこんな竹筒で運ばれてきたのは初めてでした。
ウニの茶碗蒸しとか…
チーズの盛り合わせを頼んだ時に出てきたのが、

Because it is thin, it melts in the mouth.
But a rich aftertaste.
1番手前の鉛筆削りみたいなチーズで、お店の方に聞いたらテッド・ド・モアンヌと言うトップ写真のように削り出して食べるチーズです。
薄いので、口の中でサーっと溶けます。
ですが濃厚な後味。
札幌では丸ごとを置いてるお店がなくお取り寄せになってしまいます。
食が広がるのは嬉しい事ですね😊💖
