FRIED CHICKEN
1 large chicken
3 T lemon juice
1T Worcester saucesalt and pepper
spices for chicken
cake flour
oil
1and half cups cheese
1 cup cornflake crumbs
Mix the lemon juice and Worcester sauce and sprinkle over chicken pieces. Marinade for 1 hour. Season chicken with salt and pepper and spice. Roll each piece in flour then in oil and then in the mixed cornflake crumbs and cheese. Press into the chicken. Place in a single layer and bake at 180 for 50-60 mins
