I was gonna make a pan-fried fish tonight, but then I thought the fish I bought was too pretty to cook that way. (Sure looks like she is pouting😗) I decided to steam it with soy sauce, sugar, with shredded ginger. It's an easy dish to make and very difficult to screw up as long as you don't overcook it.
今天早上去市場買了條魚,想回家乾煎。(我一直想煎出跟餐廳一樣金黃色的魚阿~) 晚上把魚拿出來做準備時發現這條魚長的還蠻好看的! 嘟著嘴,有一點憂鬱的感覺。生怕把她煎的四分五裂,就決定改成醬油清蒸。切些薑片,混了醬油,糖及一些水就放進不沾鍋蒸了她。吃起來還不錯,下次選條醜一點的魚再來挑戰乾煎。😏
