所需要的食材:糯米、五花肉、胡萝卜、香菇、豆腐干、酱油
具体做法:1.首先把糯米放锅里蒸。 2.把其它的材料切碎,锅里放多些油,倒入所有的材料炒九成熟后关火。3.加入蒸熟的糯米,根据自已的口味加入适量的盐和酱油,拌匀即可。4.烧麦皮可以用现买的饺子皮或者馄饨皮,也可以自已擀皮。加入调好的料,随意包出自已喜欢的花样烧麦。5.包好的烧麦可以水蒸、油煎着吃都很不错的。
