其实今天我完全可以不用早起,睡到自然醒的时候也就快到吃中午饭时间了。但是我并没有那么任性妄为。原因很简单,22岁的我已经开始意识到,过度地消耗自己,会换来巨大的身体灾祸。更直接的原因还是因为小我一岁的妹妹因为经常熬夜,三餐不按时吃,各种反人类正常生物钟的坏习惯,导致了她身体虚弱、月经不调等症状。身边人给你的忠告,给你的前车之鉴,往往比别人跟你说道理来得更加有说服力。所以,大家三餐要吃,尤其是早餐!
身体是革命的本钱。
你要爱惜自己的身体才能打好人生当中的每一场战役,而不能到处找理由为自己的失败做掩护。
