Today, I want to share a simple lunch with you. After hard work and writing posts, we decide to treat ourselves to a bowl of instant spicy hotpot.( as you can see from the photo below)
亲爱的Steemians, 今天想要跟大家分享一顿简单的午餐。在辛苦工作和发帖之余，我们决定去吃一大碗美滋滋的冒菜犒劳一下自己。

In Chinese, we say “Maocai”. “Mao” is our dialect, which means “to heat up the dishes in hot water”. We choose this restaurant, which has lots of chain stores. We often order take-out food from it, but we have never been to its physical store in person.
在中文里面我们称之为“冒菜”。“冒”是我们的方言，意为烫的意思。我们选择了一家在四川许多地方都有分店的一家连锁冒菜店，经常点他家的外卖，这次决定到店尝尝。
In fact, most of you cannot distinguish the so-called instant spicy hotpot (Maocai)and hotpot. We can consider them as the same kind. But one thing, to make the instant spicy hotpot is more convenient and costs less. You just choose the meat and vegetables you like and wait for the waiter to serve the dish.
其实很多朋友分不清所谓的冒菜和火锅。可以说他们都属于一类。但有一点做冒菜更便捷并且比火锅便宜得多，你只需要选择你爱的菜，等着服务员上菜就行。
