排骨焖饭相当适合一人食了。食材丰富有营养,做法也很简单。将米饭,排骨和配菜(土豆,胡萝卜等)一起焖,不仅米饭可以更香,配菜都会吸收排骨的肉香,口感非常丰富。

做法:
-排骨放生抽,生粉,姜片和料酒腌1个小时。
-锅内热油放花椒少量,葱蒜和干辣椒爆香,放入排骨,小火煎至两面金黄。
-加入一点点冰糖,生抽,老抽,继续翻炒
-加入土豆胡萝卜芹菜(配菜看自己喜好随意放)
-米掏干净后将排骨和配菜放入电饭锅,按下煮饭键就可以等着开饭啦!
Steps:
-Marinate ribs with soy sauce, starchy flour, ginger and cooking wine for about 1 hour.
-Put minced green onion, garlic and dried pepper in the wok with ribs and fry them until turned gold
-Add soy sauce and rock candy and continue to fry up.
-Add some vegetables you like (I put potato, carrot and celery)
-Put them all into rice and cook rice as usual
-Dig in and enjoy!
