Sunday routine is mum's cooking show, but she is on vacation in the weekend so I am the chef today ( sounds like there are other chefs, but usually it is only me...)
本来礼拜天是固定蹭饭日,但是因为被40度的高温烤了两个星期我爸妈去了外地避高温,我也无饭可蹭只能自力更生了。网上买了不少冷冻的半成品经受了40度的考验,到家还是冻得很好一点儿也没化,国内现在网购必须得表扬一下,我自从回国以后经常在这种时候由衷地感受到了物资丰富了生活质量提高了(说的好像之前过得是多么物资匮乏水深火热的生活一样)。
著名的獐子岛扇贝,当年这个上市公司发公告称因为天气原因导致扇贝失踪公司巨额亏损,后被举报其实是公司挪用资金造成了亏损只好编了这么个低级理由企图蒙骗过关。这件事好像至今没有下文,惨是普通股民惨。

上锅蒸5分钟就行,除了粉丝变成透明后好像也没有区别

还做了辣白菜年糕炒意大利面,虽然略黑暗料理负责任的说意大利面想要难吃是不容易的,不过我为了增加黑暗料理的黑暗程度,又加了芹菜进去有点一发不可收拾。最终成品还不错哈哈哈哈。
还有韩国辣酱没有放进来,就是红盒子那种
Creative cooking: Spaghetti with kimchi rice cakes, and I add some celery for extra veggies. The only seasoning is salt and Korean red chilli paste(2 tablespoon based on a serving of 3)

而且年糕还是带芝士馅的,比普通年糕好吃多了,又裹了辣酱,口感对比很带感,再一次为自己的创意鼓鼓掌~~~
I prefer the rice cake with cheese filling, which is much better than the regular rice cake, especially when it is dipped in the red chilli sauce! ( a mild sweet spicy taste)
