I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I drink my coffee black and like it strong.
Perhaps you already know this, but it was news to me – drinking coffee has many benefits! Here are some:

Drink coffee an hour before hitting the gym, as the increase in physical performance combined with fat burning ability will help maximize your workout benefits.
- COFFEE REDUCES RISK OF HEALTH ISSUES! Of course, there are might be some downsides to drinking coffee (stains your teeth, caffeine can be addicting, may cause sleep loss… blah, blah) but I am biased toward how great it is so I will conveniently ignore the any bad effects 😇.
