The traditional Greek coffee (ελληνικός καφές) is sipped slowly for full flavor, is a strong brew with unique taste, has a strong characteristic aroma and prepared in a small pot, called a "briki".
There are many different ways to prepare Greek coffee (with sugar, without,double, with bubbles..), depends on your taste! It's simple to make it, but there are some "techniques" if you want to get a really good coffee!😊 It has many healthy benefits and it boosts longevity!!
I am addicted to coffee, I usually drink espresso (2 or 3 or ..),but my big love is the delicious and mysterious and traditional Greek coffee! That rich roasted aroma and the slightly bitter taste of Greek coffee, on Sunday mornings is something that I love!💗
So, the following photos are taken this last Sunday, a beautiful sunny day (with a few clouds to be honest..)just perfect for relax and enjoy your coffee !!😊❣️ I served it with a glass of cold water and with fig spoon sweet (homemade- with Greek yoghurt) and loukoumia (Syros's Turkish delights- Συριανά λουκούμια) with rose-sugar flavor!
