Are you one of this people who can't imagine your day without this hot, amazing cup of coffee? I am :) I tried a lot of different types of coffe, starts form regular espresso and americano, through latee, cappucinno ends with frappe. But today I would like to share with You my special recipe, which is definatley my favourite and I can drink it without compunction because it's healthy. Why? I will explain later! First I'll tell you how to do this!
You will need:
2 spoons of your favourite, ground coffee
a pinch of: cinnamon, cardamon and cacao.
a small piece of peeled ginger
one glass of water
Preparation is very easy! You pour a glass of water into a pot, add coffee and all the spices to it and boil it for a few seconds. Then, you pour the ready-made coffee through a sieve and enjoy the taste!
Besides good taste, this coffee provides you with many healthy nutrients. All because:
- Cinnamon has anti-cancer properties and can help fight colorectal cancer.
- Cardamon has diuretic properties, cleanses the urinary tract, helps to remove toxins from the body through the kidneys, removes excess of salt, which significantly lowers blood pressure and prevents the formation of dangerous blood clots, preventing platelet aggregation and sticking to the walls of the arteries.
- Cacao is a natural aphrodisiac, improves mood, and also protects the heart and prevents cardiovascular diseases
- Ginger facilitates digestion, works anti-oedematous, soothes nausea, cures colds and migraines and increases concentration.
