Hi Steemians! Here's my entry for today in the Colour Challenge started by .

Today I would like to share with you one of my favourite (more normal) health recipe for you - My Home Made Egg Wrap
It is awesomely simple to make and it also costs below MYR 2 for something healthy and easy to make.
Because I have decided to make the egg more presentable (and a little tastier) I have added spicy barbecue sauce. If you are more health conscious you can add simpler versions like rock salt and pepper.
I got the 6 grain wrap from the brand Mission which was in sale so it cost less than MYR 1 a piece; and you can choose other types of wraps too based on your preferences.
The Recipe
1 piece wrap (I used Mission , approximately 298 kcal / 1253 kj )
1 A sized egg (Large sized egg)
1 teaspoon of barbecue sauce (5ml) - optional
1 teaspoon of unsalted grass-fed butter (5ml)
1 piece of kaffir lime leaf - minced (for extra fragrance and taste)
I preferred baking over frying the egg, while baking on a non-stick plate, I will add a little bit of oil with kaffir lime and send it to bake for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you want runny sunny sides you will probably need to do it a minute lesser, depending on hour you want to control the heat.
Otherwise, fry it on a non stick pan and spread the kaffir lime at the surface of the egg and let them simmer together.
Dash a bit of rock salt and pepper on the egg if you want to add that extra flavour, and you can skip the barbecue sauce spread.
The unsalted butter is used so that the wrap will not be too dry, if you want it to spread out quickly, you can heat up your wrap a little so that the butter will just melt it on the surface for fast and easy spreading.
Wrap it in whatever way you prefer. :)
And Voila! You get an affordable, healthy meal on your way!
I hope you enjoyed this simple recipe as much as I have enjoyed preparing it.
