ππSo I decided to photograph my today smoothie because it is so tasty and yes!..it's orange (good for today's color). This smoothie is a combination of carrot, apple, papaya, chia seeds and yogurt.
I first blended the carrot and apple with 1/2 cup of water and sip it. So I got the juice (with a very smooth fiber) then use that to blend again with papaya, chia seeds and yogurt.
I like to have smoothie for breakfast (or to be a part of my breakfast) every morning by putting some source of super food in it such as flex, chia, sesame seeds etc. It has a very big benefit for my digestive system which results booting up my energy and freshness to be ready for a long day work.
