Sapin sapin or Layered Glutinous Rice

When I'm still a kid I always love to eat something soft and colourful. It's either a cake, bread, biscuits or baked desserts. But most of the time my Mum buy this kind of dessert or snacks for us because there is a vendor who always go to our shop to sell some sticky rice cake like this one. We call it here Sapin - sapin(tagalog word). In English it is Layered Glutinous Rice. And this is my entry today for #colourfulphotography #photocontest initiated by Hive account@juliank.

It is yummy!! Especially as a kid I always choose to eat something colourful since it looks attractive to my eyes. And I get used to eat in eating those kinds of snacks. And I find it more healthy than chips or junk food.
