Since baby, my daughter has been eating smoothies every morning; smoothies that I make with ORGANIC fruits and veggies, yogurt, maca, spirulina, plant protein, milk, apple juice, and coconut water among other goodies.
Meli has NEVER eaten SUGAR or any other artificial sweeteners, she is been staying away from cakes, dairy made ice creams and pastries in general.
Lately she has been refusing to eat the morning smoothie, so I decided to start giving her Fruits and Veggies on a plate and she loves it. 😊
