I cooked pinakbet and fried galunggong for my family. Here are the ingredients for pinakbet: squash, okra, eggplant, tomatoes, legumes,young leaves of squash and flowers , onion and garlic. It so simple and it taste good. Cut all the vegetables according to what shape or size do you like. Add salt and a little glass of water so that it will mix the salt.
