Last time, I had 61 steemains joined my food challenge. It was really incredible. I learned a lot from those amazing dishes and of course, I was very hungry all the time, when I saw pictures of those delicious food.
Finally, we have a food contest again.!
I told you. I love cooking and eating and with that, I still want to know, how many more different kinds of food in this entire world. I had already known 61 different dishes from the last food contest. I hope with this second contest will be more.

I would like to share with you guys on this contest of my favorite healthy food with 100% vegetarian dish. We called it Vega fresh spring rolls.
It is very easy to make and it depends on your taste. You can add meat or shrimp into this fresh spring rolls, you are not vegetarian. I want to make this dish 100% vegetarian, I made sweet and sour peanut sauce as a dipping sauce.
The ingredients:
Rice paper, cucumber, white Chinese cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, sweet Basel. You add extra vegetable if you like.
Before you start rolling the spring rolls, you need to place it on lukewarm water for 20 second, then start to roll it immediately.Please look into the pictures.
Ingredients of peanut sauce:
1 Tbs peanut butter, 4 Tbs soya sauce, 1 Ts chopped garlic, 1 Ts chopped chilies, 2 Tbs sugar, 6 Tbs of hot water.
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it very good, then add 6 Tbs hot water and then mix it again.
I have a few vegetarian friends, when they come to visit me. I always make this healthy food for them and they still love it.
