This is the start of the 2nd year hosting the EPL Betting Contest (See all Season 2017-2018 Posts and Results). More than last season, this contest will aim to help people grow on Steemit in hopefully a fun way. The contest will reward those who best beat the asian handicap. If you are not familiar with asian handicaps, it allows for 50%-50% situation in a football match so nobody can get an advantage by just taking the teams who are more likely to win.
To Enter This Contest
- You need to contribute at least a 0.01$ upvote!

- This contest closes on Friday 19:00 UK Time.
Contest Rules
- Each contestant must choose 5 different bets.
There are 40 options to choose from as each match has Home | Away | Over | Under - Multiple bets on the same match are not allowed.
- Ranking will be made by profit based on listed odds.
- I will upvote your entry so you know your bets are recorded.

This will be announced each new week and may change.
3 Steem Jackpot Prize Pool
- Someone making 4 Units or more Profit unlocks the Jackpot.
- 50% will be paid out to the the Jackpot Winner.
- 50% will be split between other contestants based on made profit.
- If multiple Jackpot winners = The one with most profit wins !
- If equal amount of profit, the first who entered wins !
- No Winner = Jackpot is transferred to next week's contest.
- 100% of This post Liquid Earnings will be added to next week's contest.
- Payouts can be done in Steem Power instead of Liquid Steem.
Guaranteed Prize Pool

Dustsweeper is an initiative that helps to get those payouts above that level.
