Cheese Pie
Ingredients
Skin Pie
- 250 gr Flour
- 125 gr Butter
- 2 teaspoon Fine Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Eggs Yolk for smearing
Cheese Filling
- 150 grams Cream Cheese
- 40 grams Icing Sugar
- 70 grams Mascarpone Cheese
- 100 grams Cheddar Cheese
- 20 grams Corn Starch
- 30 grams Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Making Steps
- Cheese Custard Filling: Mix all Ingredients except corn starch with mixer machine in low speed. Mix well about 2 minutes add Corn Starch, set aside.
- Skin Pie: Mix all ingredients and just use your finger to knead the dough, mix well until the dough perfectly blended and smooth. Flatten the dough and poke the bottom of pie with fork into 8 cm pie mold that has been buttered.
- Filling Skin Pie with Cheese Custard Filling and smear with Eggs Yolk.
- Then bake 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes until a little brown and perfectly cooked.
- Remove from the oven and cooling down. Serve while it's warm.
