Tamagoyaki is has been well-known for a long time. The recipe for Tamagoyaki is very simple
Ingredients :
2 chicken eggs.
Onion leaves 3 plants.
White sugar 1 tablespoon.
Mayonnaise sauce 1 tablespoon.
Cooking oil 50 ml.
Making Steps :

Cut the small green onions into small pieces, and grate a Japanese white radish.

After putting the eggs into the bowl, add the small green onions, sugar, mayonnaise, and salt.Mix the all ingredients is in the bowl.

Switch on the pan to medium heat. Put the oil with paper towel. Put half of the mixture onto the pan and spread the mixture in it. When the mixture starts to harden, roll the omelet backward.

Cut the Tamagoyaki into bite sizes.Garnish it with grated Japanese white radish.
