This recipe is so good, I had to share it with you. Once you had a piece of it, you will never buy a pack in the supermarket again.
Chocolate chip cookies
INGREDIENTS 25 people
550 grams of flour (2,5 cups)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 grams of crystal sugar (3/4 cup)
180 grams of dark caster sugar (3/4 cup)
350 grams of dark chocolate (1,5 cup)
2 eggs
250 grams of butter (room temperature) (1 cup)
baking paper, oven
Let's do this;
Preparation:
Chop the chocolate bars into small pieces.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Warm the oven to 190° 374 Fahrenheit
Steps:
Put the butter, caster sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until creamy. Then add the eggs one by one and mix well after each egg. Gradually add the flour mixture. Finally add the chocolate pieces.
Use 2 spoons of flat biscuits on the baking paper (on a grid or baking tray).
Leave room between the biscuits, because they still run out a bit.
Bake in an oven at 190 degrees (374F) for 8-10 minutes.
When they are done they feel very soft, once they have cooled down they become harder. So the baking time does not exceed, unless you have very large cookies.
