Here is a quick and easy recipe that you can make in a few minutes at home.
Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient |

| 1 Whole | Slicing Cucumber |
| 3 1/2 Cups | Water |
| 1 1/4 Cups | Distilled White Vinegar |
| 2 Sprigs | Fresh Dill |
| 2 Whole Cloves | Garlic |
| 1 Tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 Tablespoon | Salt |
Directions
- Combine wet ingredients (Water and Vinegar) with Sugar and Salt in a saucepan over high heat.
- Bring Saucepan to a boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool completely (This is important to prevent heating the Cucumbers)
- Wash Cucumber and peel sides lengthwise in order to give a zebra-stripe look.
- Slice Cucumber into preferred slice thickness (The thicker the slices the more they retain the crisp cucumber flavor).
- Add remaining dry ingredients (Dill and Garlic) to a clean glass mason jar.
- Add Cucumbers to jar at different angles.
- Add cooled Vinegar Mixture from saucepan to mason jar. Fill close to the top of the jar.
- Place jar into refrigerator for at least three days (I wont tell if you sneak one after 24 hours!)
