I've been using the microwave for a long time.
Life is much easier.
Yesterday dropped in to visit a friend and was very surprised.
My friend was peeling potatoes!
It turned out not to fry, for mashed potatoes.
We made a bet with her that I'll make this sauce in less than ten minutes - good microwave now is in every house.
For a minute, washing ten medium potatoes in warm water with a sponge, without drying, cut them in half.

Put a slide, incisions down on a glass plate for the microwave, and started the maximum mode for 7 minutes.
Removing from the microwave, cooled for half a minute in running cold water - the skin itself falls off.
It remains only to add salt, milk, a little mayonnaise (to taste) and one egg, and crush the pusher (without any blender-mixer).
I was within ten minutes.
A friend respectfully looked at me and took my way to the note.
Bonn appetite!
