Recipe: - 2 eggs
- 1/2 spoon mayonese
- 1/2 spoon ketchup
- 1 tea spoon mustard
- 1 tea spoon horse reddish
and a bit of: salt, black cayenne pepper, lemon juice, chilli, tabasco, smth green for garnishing.
To-do: boil the eggs, take the yellow from the inside and mix it with all other ingredience amd put the paste back to the “hole“ of the egg.
Serve it with bread/toast (or veggies like I just did). Done! :-)
