His favorite dish is fried lamb with cognac and honey.
So, how to prepare it? You should take about 1 kilos of meat (lamb), cut it to the middle parts and roast them on the strong fire. When they are ready, infuse a glass of whiskey/brandy/cognac etc. Add 2 glasses of cold water. Make the fire weaker. Stew meat to the preparedness with 3 slices of garlic, 2 spoons of honey.
