
Do not miss out on this refreshing, low-calorie ice cream!
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mango peeled without bone and cut into pieces
- 10 grams powder sweetener
- 500 grams natural skimmed yogurt - the juice of a lime (or failing a lemon)
- 6-8 sprigs fresh mint, only the leaves
- 6 peppermint buds to decorate
Preparation:
- Cut the mango into pieces and crush completely in your blender until it is a puree.
- Add the sweetener, yogurt, lime or lemon juice and mint. Beat everything very well, until all the ingredients are integrated.
- Pour the cream obtained in a bowl or tupper and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Once the cream is starting to freeze, remove it from the freezer and stir with energy. Repeat the process once or twice more to finally leave it in the freezer until the moment of consuming it. In this way we will get a creamy ice cream without crystals.
- You can remove it from the freezer a few minutes before so it is easier to serve it with a punch. It is decorated with mint sprigs
