Yoga helps us take time to breathe, care for our bodies, and let go of stress. For many years, I taught yoga, and have some videos that you might enjoy.
As with any physical exercise, please do only what is safe for your body. Modify each pose however you need. Always do what feels right for you.
5-Minute Movement and Meditation
I revamped this seated yoga session with a three-minute meditation. It's a sweet little yoga break you can do in a chair or on your mat.
This is ONLY 5 MINUTES LONG! Yet it's a powerful way to open to your breath and find a sense of peace. ❤️
7-Minute Yoga Session
This practice gives you more movement but keeps it to a mini-session. You don’t even need a yoga mat! You can do these stretches almost anywhere.
Home Yoga Workout – Core Focus
In this longer video, I take you through my morning routine.
It focuses on foundational core stability and body-weight exercises to build strength (yes, there are push-ups), as well as offering a deep full-body stretch.
Pay it Forward
If you enjoyed these videos and have the means, donations are appreciated: https://www.paypal.me/katrinaariel 🙏
Like many, my family has lost its main source of income. Every little bit helps, but I believe everyone should have access to yoga and if you don't have money to spare, may you pay the kindness forward, even by simply being kind to yourself.
If you'd rather donate to a food bank or animal rescue, that's a wonderful way to keep abundance and compassion flowing, too!
✨ Brightest blessings to you and yours. ✨
Whatever happens, keep singing your song!
