This is the mushroom season, I love mushroom, also if when I was a child I don't like them at all, friend mushroom only.
Now that I am 32 I truly love them in every way, they are really tasty. Unfortunately I am not able to search them but I love to eat them.
I went to a local restaurant in LA macchia Antonino with my friends from North Italy before the situation in the north were dangerous
I love mushrooms in the pasta with tomato sauce but better in white so we can taste more the flavor of the mushrooms, I like especially porcini but also any other kind of mushroom is good in my opinion.
In the dinner we all enjoyed a tagliatelle with mushroom, it was an awesome evening.
