--- ***Preparation:*** In a large container, the coffee powder, cinnamon, and cloves are mixed, then it is poured into a container where all the content fits and is covered. Al probar varias presentaciones donde lo mezclaban con otros ingredientes y ver el delicioso resultado, me dije: ¿Y por qué no hacer mis propias recetas con café? Y así fui inventando varias combinaciones que cuando les brindaba a las visitas, quedaban fascinados, y me pedían las recetas. --- --- ***Preparación:*** En un envase grande se mezclan el café en polvo, la canela, y los clavos de olor, luego se vierte en un envase donde quepa todo el contenido y se tapa. Para preparar un café con esta combinación se colocan 2 tazas de agua con 2 gotas de vainilla a fuego alto, en el colador de café se colocan 2 cucharaditas colmadas de la mezcla de café en polvo, y al hervir el agua se vierte en el colador. --- --- Esta receta era mi secreto hasta hace un tiempo, fui probando poco a poco hasta llegar al aroma y el sabor que me gustaron. Cuando lo preparo, toda la casa se impregna de esa deliciosa combinación de olores. **2) Café con vainilla:** Es la más común y sólo se le agregan unas gotas de vainilla al agua antes de hervir, el aroma y el sabor es fascinante. **3) Café con chocolate:** Ésta es otra de las combinaciones que me encantan ya que yo amo el chocolate. --- --- **4) Café con leche condensada:** Ésta es igual de sencilla, y consiste en colocar a la taza de café una cantidad de leche condensada según el gusto, y por supuesto, este no lleva nada de azúcar porque ya con la mezcla es suficiente para que quede bien dulce **5) Capuchino con canela:** Esta receta se hace con la mezcla de café sencilla. Para dos tazas de café con leche se coloca en la licuadora media taza de leche tibia con azúcar al gusto, y mientras está batiendo se va incorporando lentamente el resto de la leche un poco más caliente hasta que quede espumosa.
