Cada día se presentan nuevas oportunidades de compartir esas pequeñas, sencillas y muy deliciosas recetas donde con entusiasmo, disposición accionamos para probar ingredientes, como unirlos para dar forma a pequeños y grandes postres para compartir una tarde de café o para elogiar a alguien en un momento determinado. Sentimos que hacer una pequeña torta es un buen regalo además de dulce hace sentir el aprecio.

Desde hace unos meses una persona muy allegada me decía que tenía una receta de torta de naranja, me lo repetía y repetía, como era tan deliciosa la hizo varias veces y el resultado siempre delicioso, lo compartía con un amigo y él le respondía que era una delicia.

Yo, en mi aventura de ocuparme en estas actividades culinarias le dije que me diera la receta. La hizo tantas veces que ya de memoria se sabía los ingredientes y el paso a paso de ella.

Pues, revisé mi despensa a ver con qué contaba para realizarla y sólo tuve que comprar naranjas...eso me repitió varias veces (sacas el jugo de naranja no embotellado) yo, muy obediente así lo hice.

Para dar forma a esta receta, se usó los siguientes ingredientes:

11/2 taza de harina Todo Uso 1 taza de azúcar 1/3 de taza de aceite 1 taza de jugo de naranja natural 1 cucharadita de vainilla 1 cucharadita de vinagre 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato 1/2 cucharadita de sal Ralladura de naranja (este último fue parte de mi creatividad) > To shape this recipe, the following ingredients were used: > 11/2 cup all-purpose flour > 1 cup sugar > 1/3 cup oil > 1 cup natural orange juice > 1 teaspoon vanilla > 1 teaspoon vinegar > 1 teaspoon baking soda > 1/2 teaspoon salt >Orange zest (this last one was part of my creativity) https://i7.glitter-graphics.org/pub/230/230187lgegqqomjs.gif

Después de separar las medidas de los ingredientes, se procedió a pelar las naranjas para sacar su jugo( en ese momento no contaba con el exprimidor de naranjas, se uso el de limón, convirtiendo la naranja en pedazos pequeños.

Antes de terminar de quitar la concha a las naranjas se tomó una para rallar su concha y convertirla en ralladura como parte de los ingredientes.

Llegó el momento de preparar los ingredientes, primero los secos: en un envase, el que usted utilice; unir la harina todo uso, azúcar, sal, bicarbonato y ralladura de naranja.

En un envase aparte unir el vinagre, la vainilla, el aceite y el jugo de naranja.

Unir muy bien los secos, se utilizó un batidor de mano. Luego se incorpora los líquidos.

Todo ya integrado , los secos y líquidos se procede a llevar al envase elegido para cocinar la mezcla. Se usó uno de medida 16 aproximadamente, enmantequillado y enharinado. Se vertió la mezcla. Se llevó al horno precalentado; por 45 minutos aproximadamente...aquí siempre hago la observación que cada creativa cocinera conoce su horno. Puede ser un poca más de tiempo o un poco menos. En esta preparación fue 40 minutos.

Aquí la mezcla convertida en una deliciosa tentación que por su color y aroma provocaba cortarla caliente. Se esperó que bajara su temperatura para probar.

Puedo decir, muy deliciosaaaaa, quedó húmeda, con un aroma a naranja que casi mi esposo y madre quedan sin comerla. Mi hermana quien compartió esta receta conmigo me dijo que quedó superdeliciosa y que en su receta no estaba la ralladura de naranja(ese fue mi aporte a esta receta) que cuando la vuelva a hacer se lo va a anexar.

Voy a repetirla en cualquier momento y duplicar sus ingredientes para tener un poco más para degustar.
