El internet, hoy en día, es una herramienta, que puede resultar un aliado para promover nuestro talento, al cantar, bailar, escribir o vender algún producto o servicio. Sin embargo, tiene una gran desventaja, ya que nos puede consumir mucho tiempo, que a la larga no es productivo.

Te reto a que te preguntes antes de comenzar a leer las 5 actividades útiles que puedes hacer en internet: ¿En qué estoy invirtiendo el tiempo? ¿Son estos hábitos saludables? ¿Me están ayudando a crecer en pro de un mejor futuro?

Leer tiene notables beneficios para la mente, aporta una nueva manera de pensar. Antes de dormir leo algunas páginas de un libro en mi teléfono con una aplicación de lectura. Hace unos años, descargué Wattpad, cuando no conocía la gran variedad de libros en otras plataformas. Sin embargo, debo aclarar que no hay nada como leer un libro en físico, pues puedes tenerlo en tu biblioteca y consultarlo siempre que quieras, por tenerlo a la mano.

Investiga cual es la plataforma que se adapta mejor a ti: económicamente, en lo visual y en el contenido.

-¡Tienes un certificado opcional, aunque no es de forma gratuita! Vale la pena pagar, si te gusta y sientes que te nutre el curso.

Google ActívateEs una herramienta que brinda la oportunidad de cursos sencillos.

Aunque también son maravillosos, entre ellos: Productividad Personal, Cloud Computing, Curso Básico de Marketing Digital y muchos otros. En algunos de estos cursos recibes un reconocimiento, lo cual es bueno para tu hoja de vida, currículo.

DuolingoSi quieres aprender algún idioma: (inglés, japonés, francés, ruso) de una manera interactiva, sin duda, recomiendo Duolingo. ●Las ventajas de Duolingo son:

-Ejercicios con imágenes para el tipo de aprendizaje visual.

-Evaluaciones de la gramática.

-Pone en práctica la audición, la pronunciación y te forma para las más sencillas expresiones de la vida diaria.

-Tiene cuentos interactivos para continuar reforzando los conocimientos.

Todas estas páginas recomendadas, las he probado a lo largo de mi vida, para ser sincera, todas me han aportado aprendizajes. Esto es solo una recomendación, no una publicidad pagada.

También puedes aprovechar de aprender algo nuevo, puede ser: cocinar, tomar fotografías, hacer una reparación en casa, comprar o cualquier otra cosa, que se te ocurra.

4-Hacer ejercicio/Yoga en grupo

Hoy en día, sobre todo con la cuarentena, tenemos a nuestro alcance gran cantidad de videos maravillosos de clases de yoga, posición a posición. Aprovecha el internet para unirte a grupos para hacer ejercicio o asistir a clases de yoga. Las ventajas de hacer ejercicio en grupo son:

-Fomenta la socialización, generando lazos de conexión importantes.

-Aumenta la resistencia

-Favorece la salud, en especial la liberación de hormonas y el funcionamiento del corazón.

-Te ayuda a tener más disciplina, de manera que no tienes que buscar siempre una excusa para no hacer ejercicio, pues en equipo todo se puede lograr mucho más fácil y mejor.

5-Sigue una receta de cocina nueva.

Disfruta preparando nuevos platillos deliciosos, sorprende a los que te rodean, esto te animará y te hará sentir mejor. Las ventajas de cocinar nuevas cosas en casa son:

-Probar nuevas recetas. Puedes incluir las que leas en libros, canales de Youtube de cocina o algún artículo interesante.

-Incorporar ingredientes a tus comidas que nunca antes habías probado. De esta manera, podrías incorporar ese ingrediente que creías no usarías, ahora es el mejor momento.

-Incentiva la creatividad. Puedes poner en juego tu imaginación, cocinar algo distinto, dejarte llevar por tu mente, creando tu propia versión de los platillos.

-Es una buena excusa para pasar un rico momento en familia, ya sea: cocinando o probando el plato final.

-Puedes aprender a medir el consumo de azúcar, sal, condimentos y harinas procesadas.

-Mayor ahorro y gestión del dinero, porque puedes controlar el gasto económico de comidas en la calle, que muchas veces no te nutren bien y no son sanas, ni buenas para tu organismo.
