I love simple salads that are healthy and pack a big flavor to them so today I´m going to show you guys the ultimate spinach and goat cheese salad with a honey mustard vinaigrette this salad has so many alluring flavors to it great textures and a beautiful presentation and it just taste so good ok guys you don´t want to miss this recipe because this salad is super easy to make we´re going to get started by making our honey mustard vinaigrette first you know making dressings at home is so much healthier and tastier than buying store-bought plus they're really super easy to make ok let me show you how to make this honey mustard vinaigrette we´re going to add 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard into a bowl with 1 tablespoon of organic honey 1/2 tablespoon of white wine vinegar 2 tablepoons of extra virgin Spanish olive oil lightly season with sea salt and a little freshly cracked black pepper now I´m going to whisk this together until I reach a creamy texture ok our dressing is done wasn´t that simple ok we´re moving on to the salad I´m going to add 2 cups of bagged spinach into a shallow bowl now I love using bagged spinach for 2 reasons one it´s pre-cut and it´s pre-washed plus it´s inexpensive next I´m going to thinly slice 1 red onion I always like to remove the top layer and that white pit in the middle and then sprinkle the thinly sliced onions on top of the spinach next I´m going to grab 1 large ripe tomato and I´m going to slice it into some small pieces and add them on top of the salad next I´m going to grab about 4 ounces of goat cheese and crumble it on top of the salad then I´m going to add between 9 to 10 walnuts season everything with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper and top off our salad with our homemade honey mustard vinaigrette ok now I´m going to give this salad a try...Salud! this salad is so good! it has so many different textures and flavors to it and the goat cheese it´s the star of the dish it´s so good but then that honey mustard vinaigrette just brings it all together...brings it home you guys saw it this recipe is very easy to make it´s very healthy and it packs so much flavor if you enjoyed today´s video on making this salad please hit that like button leave me a comment below and don´t forget to subscribe until the next time...Hasta Luego!!
