It was supposed to rain all day on Thursday. But then they said not until 11AM, so he got out there and finished the last section. My intern was here and she helped him. My helper friend was here also

He’d started the section on the right a day or so ago. It stopped raining Wednesday morning for a while, so he finished that and built 2 more. He got the big one finished. The fourth section is laid out.
